Abstract

Develop a program that rewards community members for referring a new member or organization to the DAO.

Movation

We're always looking for awesome people or teams to work with. This could be a great way to recognize community members who reach out on behalf of the DAO and create beneficial relationships, including hiring a new core team member, discovering an artist to collaborate with or simply finding dope people to join SquiggleDAO

Referral reward would get triggered after a certain milestone (eg. core team member passes the 3month probationary period).

Success Conditions

DAO members are actively promoting the DAO as a place to work, create and belong within their non-web3 social circles

I like this idea. Good way to add talent to the DAO and reward people for bringing that talent in. Perhaps we can incorporate this with the scholarship program in some way.

I'm not sure I see the overlap between this and Scholarship exactly but I could be missing something!

Perhaps you get a referral for someone joining via Scholarship? Or more appropriately, for actually contributing once you have been onboarded this way
